WHAT MAKES THE E3A UNIQUE?
We only measure the key drivers of employee engagement at an empirically validated, neurological level. We don't ask any questions about satisfaction.
The E3A covers topics such as connection to the mission and vision of the organization, clear direction and goals, whether employees have everything they need to do their jobs well, and what kind of mindset employees have when they show up to work every day.
HOW IS THE SURVEY DESIGNED?
Our survey includes 28 questions for participants to answer on a scale of 1-4. Each question relates to one of three leadership dimensions: Focus, Capability and Mindset. Companies may add 3-4 custom open-ended questions to gain additional insights.
Participants are 100% anonymous to both the client company and E3 Solutions. We average a 90% response rate among our clients.
WHAT INSIGHTS WILL I GAIN?
The E3A identifies critical shortfalls in performance, behaviors, and productivity. We help you understand the levels of trust, mutual respect, and accountability in your organization - and help you determine next steps.
Our team of experts analyze your results to deliver a unique, accurate picture of your organization’s strengths and key opportunities. We identify broad themes to determine what is going well, holding steady, and needs improvement. We'll help leaders understand what to do about their results right away.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SURVEY?
Once the survey closes, you will be surrounded with support to process, communicate and act on your results. We start with a results debrief with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, followed by individual meetings with each key leader. We work with you to develop an action plan based on the strengths and opportunities of each leader.
You will receive an Executive Summary & Company Report, which includes communication guides and exercises for successfully rolling out the results to your entire organization.

Clear Expectations & Goals
Measures employees’ overall understanding of the company’s mission and vision and their connection to it, and whether expectations are clear. Focus allows employees to channel their efforts and reduces distractions that dilute their performance.
Necessary Tools & Effective Processes
Assesses whether employees believe they have the necessary tools, resources, training, and collaboration to get their job done. Capability also means they are not inhibited by dysfunctional or unnecessary processes within the organization.
Fulfillment, Trust, & Pride
Measures how employees feel about being at work; the quality of their relationships within the organization; whether they feel valued and recognized on a regular basis; and how fair they believe they and others are treated at work.
