SCHEDULE ONBOARDING CALL
Prior to launching your survey, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the messaging your employees will receive. This document contains the editable email communication inside CultureID. These emails are auto-generated by the platform. During the survey setup process, you will have the option to edit and schedule when these emails are sent. We provide this document in advance for you to understand the messaging your employees will see throughout this process. Feel free to use this document to make edits, then we can cut/paste your changes into the email system during our kickoff meeting.
The diversity and inclusion questions cover key factors that contribute to fairness, equity, and advancement in the workplace. You can elect to include them or not include them in the survey.
Gain additional insights by including up to 4 open-ended questions. You also have the option to create custom questions during your survey setup.

Once your roster template is created and emailed to Laura Mitchell, you can schedule your onboarding call here. Be sure to provide your template at least 1 business day prior to the call.
The goal of this call is to review your Organizational Chart from within the CultureID Platform and if all looks good, set up your engagement survey.
