        Achieving peak productivity and healthy team dynamics requires leaders to understand what motivates their individual team members. Through this understanding, managers can customize their approach to lead a thriving team.         We equip managers with this skill set by using the Enneagram, a scientifically validated personality assessment. Through this assessment, we identify an individual, core psychological framework leaders can use to better understand themselves and their team members. The Enneagram has both ancient and modern roots and it is a highly regarded method of helping individuals better understand themselves and their motivations.

        FORMAT

        Each participant takes the Enneagram assessment and receives a customized leadership guide based on their results.

        After the individual completes the assessment and receives their custom report electronically, they will be given access to an online training platform. This platform includes a series of videos designed to help leaders understand the Enneagram, and each of the nine types so they can better understand themselves and those they interact with, including practical guidance on how they lead a high-performance team through the lens of their type.

         

        Option II - In-Person Session:

        Best for: A more personal level for individual teams and/or managers who may want to or need to receive dedicated attention

         

        After participants complete the assessment and receive their custom report electronically, E3 hosts a facilitated three hour session on the Enneagram and each participants’ type, with practical, team-based approaches to more effectively leading and working in a healthy team.
